The presence of a mold workshop and an internal molding division, allows our technicians to know and predict all the possible variables that may emerge during the production phase and conceive the best solutions for your products.
Duepi also enjoys technologies for 3D prototyping that will allow you to touch functional pieces in the design phase and will allow you to create small production batches.
Avant-garde software for specialized technicians
Our qualified technicians analyze with the latest generation workstations the CAD models provided by customers or developed internally starting from drawing and specification.
CAM and WIRE workstations are required in order to program the most suitable toolpath. Through the CAM station it is possible to plan the sequence of movements that a CNC machine tool (Cutters, WIRE or PLUNGE EDM, micro-drilling machines and lathes) will have to perform in order to obtain a component that is the identical copy of the initial project, or of the CAD model.
Finally, a station equipped with dedicated software simulates the injection process in mono and multi-cavity molds, predicting the behavior of materials during industrial molding and showing the technician which injection point is most suitable.
